They say Muckracker" during the Clinton years but they really mean "Lying your face off" 
All funded by Richard Mellon Scaife who spent $800 million of the Mellon fortune to set up the the right wing conspiracy machine back in the 80s and 90s
He would fund psuedo-science libertarian think tanks to produce disinfo, and then have his papers report on the disinfo 
Through the Carthage, Sarah Mellon Scaife, and Allegheny Foundations Scaife funded Newt Gingrich's GOPAC and Chris Ruddy
Scaife also gave over five million dollars to fund Weyrich and Lind's Freedom Congress Foundation
and over a 1/2 million to Accuracy in Media
